#1. Customer Initiates a Return
When a customer decides to return a product, the process begins — but instead of routing the package back to the original 3PL or brand warehouse, it’s sent directly to our specialized reverse logistics facility.
#2. Receiving, Grading and Documenting
At our facility, we handle the entire intake process - Each item is professionally inspected, graded (New / Like New / Used / Damaged), and documented. We take high-quality photos of each return on arrival to support fraud prevention, insurance claims, and provide visual proof of condition.
#3. Smart Dispositioning
We apply advanced rules and criteria to Disposition each product:
Items graded as NEW are automatically updated in the brand’s or 3PL’s WMS (Warehouse Management System), making them immediately available for resale to the next customer. We would then go ahead and pick pack and ship it acting as another Warehouse in the 3PLs network
Items not meeting NEW standards are smartly dispositioned — they’re either resold on secondary markets, donated to charitable partners, or sustainably disposed of, depending on the client’s preferences and rules.

We integrate directly with your WMS and act as an additional warehouse node — no disruption, just added returns capacity. For brands, this means minimal disruption and maximum recovery.
